General Instruction and Information:
- Please fill the application form with complete and correct information.
- Attach two latest passport size picture attested copies of CNIC, Domicile Relevant Certificate.
- By hand submission of application form is not allowed.
- Mobile phones or any electronic gadgets are no allowed in Test Center.
- Laste date for application submission is 30 sep 2019.
- Desired bank stamp is required on the deposit slip and send original deposit NTS copy along application form to NTS office.
- Application will not be entertained with out original deposit slip.
